The Dirtiest Place on Earth Part Two

We made another trip to Bodee's favorite place on Earth this past weekend. It is now my official most hated place on Earth. Kolt got sick on the car ride down to the Sand Dunes and was so sick the entire time. He threw up and cried every minute of the whole trip. He got that nasty respiratory virus and I felt so bad for him. JC, Angi, Trevor, Ashton, and Ethan all stayed in our trailer so everyone got to listen to Kolt cry all night long. It was just lovely.Scott rolled his four wheeler and he thinks he broke a rib or two. Tracy also got a bad migraine headache. On the upside Bodee had a blast. What more could he ask for than unlimited sand to play in and all the four wheeling he could handle. It is his dream spot. All the kids really had a good time and no one even fought or argued once. They did really good together. I also want to steal Trevor's little girl Ashton. She is the same age as Bodee and such a doll. She would say I am hunggy or I am am firsty (so cute). She also wanted me to hold or with her blankie then she told me, "I wuv you Wara"and she melted my heart. I am used to little boys who want nothing to do with snuggling with mom. When she was leaving she even came up to me and Matt and gave me a great big hug and told us thank you. That did me in. Bodee loved her too. They slept in the same bed all cuddled up to one another. He kept asking me where the sister was. At one point he asked me if she was his sister. I wish!
All the kiddos getting ready for bed.
Despite being sick Kolt still loved the four wheelers. Every time one starts he gets so excited and says vroom.
Bodee smokin the Dunes
The kids caught two lizards and thought they were the coolest thing ever.

Watching a movie before bed.
Bodee and Ashton going for a ride in the back of the Rhino.
Trevor's Rhino is the coolest thing ever. As you can see it is hot pink and so cute. It has an awesome stereo system in it. Angi and I took a ride in the back seat and it was so fun. We were literally holding on one another.
It was very warm like 92 degrees and I think we all got a little heat stroked. I think it might be a while before we all recuperate and dare to even think about making another trip down. I think it might take me months to finish all my throw up covered laundry. Speaking of which I better get back to another load. Yippee!

Again, I am sorry that this was such a bad experience, but we must remember what doesn't KILL us makes us stronger. As I told you I too had a terrible experience with the twins and I laugh at it now. Maybe in a few years you can look back on all of this and laugh, but until then, hope for BETTER the next time! Love ya, Jody
