Saturday we visited the Nature Center. The kids had a really good time and took us moms on quite a little hike. We definitely became one with nature as did the stroller. We could have just taken the kids down to the pasture and it would have been nearly the same thing. But, the kids enjoyed it and that is all that matters.
Best buddies, EJ and Bodee
We gave Kolt a stick and he was happy to just sit back and wack things. This includes another kid in a stroller that passed us.

Kolt wanted to scootch right into the tadpole pond. The kids really liked trying to catch the tadpoles in nets.
On our way home we stopped at Kents Market where they were having a celebration and were giving things away. We got ice cream, donuts, cheetos, twinkies, milk and balloons. Kolt snarfed everything right down so this is the messy little boy I found when we got home.

The real fun began when we got home. Matt had set up our pool and was in the process of filling it. The kids found it and one dare led to every single one of them in it with their clothes on. Mind you it was 59 degrees yesterday and this was ice cold water out of the hose. It was freezing! Matt dared Karston to go all the way in and who do you think was the fist one to do it? Little Hannah dove right in. She is the toughest of them all because I would have had a heart attack. It was pretty funny watching their little faces coming out of that freezing cold water.

Hooper slough here we come, although the nature center was one of those things that everyone must experience once!?@ had a great time and the kids love each other and really enjoy being together. Cute picture of Bodee and EJ. Love ya, Jody
Oh my gosh, that just looks cold!!! Kids are so much more stronger with that kind of stuff. If its not as warm as bath water, forget it!!!!
