The Goins Family Petting Zoo

Welcome to our petting zoo; that will be $5.00 please. Thursday morning I was going out for my routine ride. I did not know there was anything unusual about the barn but my horse sure did. He almost decapatated me and ran over a four wheeler before I heard an oink oink coming from one of the stalls. Grandpa Bud had brought up two baby pigs while I was at the gym. Bodee LOVES pigs so this is the perfect birthday present. Bodee named them Pinky and Porky and one is from Grandpa Bud and one from Grandma Lene. They are so dang cute! I love their little butts. I like to spank them on their butts and hear them squeel, so much fun. So then Friday morning I head out to the barn again and see something unusual again. This time it was a tiny baby calf. Mike brought it again while I was at the gym and I had no idea it was coming. It had just been born and had not even eaten yet. I tried to get some colostrum in its belly but I ended up wearing most of it. Bodee named his calf T-bone. He is is tiny, soft and precious. Matt has him sucking on the bottle now and Bodee loves giving T-bone his bottles.
Bodee also got fish from Grandpa, Grandma, Paul, and Robby for his birthday. He loves them and wants them to swim with him in his pool. I have caught him with a little net numerous times today trying to catch them so he can take them out to the pool. Needless to say I have taken away all nets. He also wants to feed them 100 times a day. We have a thing or two about learning how to take care of all our animals.
We were still outside last night at about 10:00 and I found this little guy in the driveway. He is now living in a box and his name is Ribbity. Bodee wanted Ribbity to sleep in his bed with him last night so he could "keep and eye on him".
So if you are looking for a place to take the kiddos in the near future bring them on out. Heck, our house is almost as good as the zoo!
