We made our annual Lava Hot Springs trip this past weekend. Once again we had so much fun and ate way too much amazing food! Bodee is officially hooked on the river. All the boys (and Kelsie) floated the river all day Friday and Saturday without taking a single break expect of course to eat. We do not miss too many meals on this trip! Bod has never been too sure of the river and has never even attempted it. But after the first trip down he was all over it! Kolt even got his first official trip down too. He was okay until he got splashed. The cold water hit him and he was not happy about it. He buried his head into his life jacket and then into my shoulder and clenched his eyes as tight as he could. I guess we need to give him a few years to really enjoy it. 
Kelsie, Bodee and Kaden. Bodee was stuck to Kaden all weekend like glue. If Kaden stopped too suddenly Bodee ran into him. That is how close he followed poor Kaden. Thanks for being such a good sport and being Bodee's friend, you are such a good kid. We had to nickname Bodee crash this weekend because everytime we turned around that is what he was doing. He got bit by a dog, crashed down the river bank, and fell too many times to count. Everytime we got out of the river we had to make sure crash got out of the river safely and without having a catastrophe! I guess I need to wrap him bubble wrap because I am going to go broke buying bandaids.

Kolt only liked to ride the tube but only on dry land.
Kolt had plenty of friends his own age to play with. Here is Kolt sharing his corn with Kenslie. He really liked playing with the baby girls but he thinks playing is smacking them on the head. Poor Maeci took the grunt of the beatings. I sure hope he learns quickly that hitting the girls sure won't make them like him.
We even hit Lava's founders day parade. It was pretty small and I'd have to say our babies were probably the cutest part of the whole parade. I think everyone in town just jumps on their four wheeler or car and drives through the parade, no decorations needed. They did throw tons of candy to us though.
We had such a good time and everyone made such yummy food. Thanks to everyone for all the fun and we love our yearly

I'm glad you had a good time!!! Maybe next year we will be able to come. I sure do miss that yearly trip.
Go to customize, settings, comments, and scroll down until you see word verification and click yes. I think most of the weird comments are "robot" type things because I've seen the exact same comments like that on other peoples blogs.
