Little Boys
Are going to give me a stroke. Bodee and EJ were playing the other day. I ran outside to grab something and when I came in I heard a horrible crash and blood curdling screaming. I ran to the screams and found EJ with pretty much no skin left to his back. They had decided that it was a good idea to get the key down and play on the treadmill. They then decided to go get a pillow and ride the pillow down the treadmill at the fastest speed it would go. EJ flew threw the wall and then was trapped and the treadmill was spinning and tearing his skin off. I was a flat lunatic. I did not know what to do and the seven year old EJ being the calm one said, "Just call me mom her number is 555-5555." I did and when she got here they took him to the ER. He has second and third degree burns all over his body. I feel so horrible but also very lucky that it wasn't worse than it was. It could have broken a bone, his neck, or tore his face off. Needless to say even though both boys have been told a million time not to play on treadmills I think it has now sunk in. Wow, what a scare though!
On a lighter side, this is what Bodee came running into the house with today. So gross!
We have been kind of having a bad week around here. First my new dog I just got vanished out of thin air. She is gone but we have no idea how she got out. No gates were left open and there was no where for her to get out. I got home from the grocery store last week and she was gone. I called all of the animal shelters and no one has picked her up. The boys are very sad too. Matt's old bull dogging horse is being put down tomorrow too. Biggen has been with us for a long time and he served Matt and all his rodeo partners well. He deserved a long happy life but unfortunately something happened and he can't get around. We think it is something neurological because he can't hold his head straight and he walks sideways. Matt won't admit it but he loves Biggen so much and I know this has been a hard decision for him. This is Matt digging his grave. And yes that is Kolt standing out there with a shirt on, shoes, and nothing else. He has now decided that diapers are not needed. Boys, boys, boys!

Oh how I love our little boys, I am sure that the best is yetto come. Thanks for all of the help and if you want to have a dry wall party I would be happy to help with materials and Pizza!!! Love ya, Jody
I'm sorry to hear you have had a bad week. I hope things get better soon. I really wish Casyn would decide that diapers were no longer needed. I HATE changing butts and I have 2 to change! Heres wishing you A happy week. GOOD LUCK!!!
That would be so scary. I hope the mom was understanding. Accidents happen, and you're right, boys are boys and they are NEVER thinking:) I hope you find your dog too, sorry for such a bad week!
I'm so sorry to hear about Matt's horse. It's so hard! We had to put Craig horse down last fall it was seriously so hard to watch Craig go through it, so just know that we are with you. I can't believe the whole treadmill story! That's so SCARY! I hope that he gets better soon. Sorry to hear about your dog too. That sucks! It has been a hard week for you But as I'm sure you already know people say bad things happen in 3's. Let me know if I can do anything
