Happy Easter

I still cannot get my pics to appear in the order that I load them. So again I will tell the story without corresponding pics. The Easter celebration started out with an Easter party at preschool on Thursday. The kids had a blast and Miss Amy had loaded the eggs in the hunt with money! Saturday morning we headed to the Hooper Easter egg hunt. It was so cold and there were a bazillion kids there. Bodee's little hands were just frozen and all he wanted to do was go home. I think he ended up with 2 pieces of candy because there was just too many kids. That is fine with me but not much fun for him. We then headed over to Dawn's (Matt's stepmom) moms house for brunch and another egg hunt. She does such a great job and is so generous with the kids. We aren't even part of her family yet she includes us like we are. She actually filled the plastic eggs three times and let the kids keep hunting them so needless to say they got plenty of goodies. Preschool egg hunt. Notice the little girls bum hanging out in the front of the pic (so cute).
Matt's brother got baby ducks for Easter. Kolt thought they were the bomb. He loved them and even tried to eat them. I guess he thought they would taste like a Peep.
Even though it was FREEZING at the egg hunt in Hooper Kolt was all smiles as usual.

Bodee did not know what to think about having his picture taken with the Easter Bunny. Doesn't he look so mad at me for making him stand there?

Bodee got plenty of treats at Janice's house. He was very pround of all his loot!
This was how dang cold it was at the Hooper egg hunt. Bodee just wanted to leave.

Bodee said, "Sshh mom the babies are sleeping"
The Easter bunny brought Bodee a kite for Easter and the absolute best part was watching Sonny and my dad trying to get it to fly with no wind on Sunday.
Kolt thought the kite flying was pretty funny too!
