Its been a while

Bodee now loved to put these rings all over Kolt's arms and Kolt of course just thinks its hilarious. What a good sport!
Bodee's new hair do is a mohawk. I think a boy at school has a mohawk and now he wants one. His hair really isn't long enough but we try. It is so funny that already he wants to look like others. I didn't think that was supposed to happen until he is a teenager.

I have not been able to post any blogs for over a week now because my computer has been getting fixed. I never knew how addicted to the computer I was until I had to go a week without it! We have had a busy week. I love this time of year. There is so many things to do especially for kids and it is so fun that Bodee is at the age that he can enjoy them now.

So I was running around cleaning, Bodee was riding his little tractor and Kolt was sitting in his walker. I stopped in my tracks when I saw both Bodee and Kolt whizzing by me. Bodee had taken a little rope and tied it to Kolt's walker and then tied the other end to his hitch on his tractor. Then, off they went. I freaked at first and then I heard Kolt just a giggling as they went back and forth. It was hilarious! What an imagination Bodee has!

Bodee's preschool went to the Punkinaze and I took Ethan and Hannah with us. It was a little chilly but it was fun. Bodee loved the big slide but of course mom had to do it with him. I think I hiked those hay stacks fifty times. The very last time I put him between my legs and "accidently" let go of him and he went down by himself right in front of me. It was so funny because he laid on his back with both his hands and feet glued to the slide to slow him down. But at the bottom he was so excited that he did it by himself. He then had to tell Dad that he did it all by himself. He just left out the part that it was because I let go of him.

We also went to the West Haven Pumkin Walk with Keri, Kohl, and Kehmer. We walked along the park sidewalk and looked at all the carved pumpkins that local school kids had made. Every so often there was a kid dressed up and giving out candy. Bodee wore his firefighter costume and Kohl was a little pirate. They were so cute.

Matt has been working in Orem all week and is just staying down there. Both kids have yucky colds so being on my own has been even harder. Bodee coughs all night long and I feel so bad for him (as well as for myself, I am getting no sleep). Kolt was just getting to the point of almost sleeping through the night and then he got sick. Bummer!

I did in a Car Seat Safety Check in Hooper this week and Grandma Vic came and stayed with the kids. When I came home Vicky said how wonderful my kids are. They are and I am so lucky. Bodee loves his little brother so much and is such a good brother (most of the time). Kolt is SUCH a good good baby and I feel so blessed. I am so glad I decided to stay home and not go to work after I had Kolt. I get to be with these darling boys all the time even though sometimes I complain how hard it is, I really am so blessed!

I can relate to your computer addiction. I laughed so hard when I saw how Bodee had tied Kolt to his tractor. And to think this is just the beginning of years of this kind of stuff. They are lucky brothers to have each other. Now they just need a little sister ;)
