We have been having a fun, busy August and we are very sad to think that summer is almost over. But, we have been trying to make the most of it.
We have been doing lots of this. Bodee is officially a cowboy. He went from wanting to be led on CJ to loping and riding everyday the next. He even wants to ride at about 2:00 when it is about 100 degrees.
Unfortunately with summer comes wasps and with wasps comes bad stings. Poor Beaner got stung right in the corner of his eye. He came in the morning after and said, "Mom, I am completely blind, am I going to be blind forever?" Poor dude!
It is getting better though.
I have been doing lots of barrel racing.
We have been going to lots of rodeos to watch Matt.
Kolt thinks too many rodeos.
It was fair time, so that means snakes on our faces that we cannot wash off for DAYS!
I can't even imagine that in two weeks we start Kindergarten! I suppose a new chapter in life now begins, and I am kind of scared!

Your summer does seem very busy and fun!! That is so sad his face swelled up that bad.. I almost thought he got punched or something.. :) I didn't know you were still doing barrel racing.. that's awesome! You look great!
